Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of PAC Consulting digital products (guides, blueprints, PDFs) are final and non-refundable. Once a product is delivered or downloaded, we cannot rescind access.

2. Consulting Services

Payments for consulting services are subject to the terms in your specific engagement agreement. Generally, fees for work already performed are non-refundable. Cancellation terms for ongoing consulting will be handled on a case-by-case basis as per the agreement.

3. Duplicate Purchases

In the event of an accidental duplicate purchase of the same digital product, please contact phill@pacconsults.com within 24 hours for a resolution.
